Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours.  Shipments are made via USPS daily, excepting Sundays.  Any shipping delays will be announced on the homepage or communicated directly to individual customers via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number immediately upon fulfillment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Apolethecary is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Lost Packages

Apolethecary is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Apolethecary is not liable for stolen or missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipment carrier. Contact your carrier to locate a missing package or file a claim.
